Mixed Ultimate Frisbee

WELCOME TO INGRAHAM MIXED ULTIMATE

Mixed Ultimate is a fantastic opportunity to play on a coed team in a truly welcoming environment. Students who are new to the sport tend to be amazed at how open and community based Ultimate Frisbee is. In particular, athletes who have played field based sports, such as soccer, tend to excel quickly even if new to throwing a disc.  As a self-officiated sport, the players are taught to advocate for themselves, while still respecting other individuals.  Ingraham typically fields two Mixed Ultimate teams, Varsity and JV, in the winter season.

Tryouts & Registration:

Greetings Rams Ultimate Families!  Our Mixed Ultimate season starts on Monday, November 10^th and goes through February 8^th, with weekend games starting the weekend of December 6^th.

To do prior to tryouts:

Registration is a two-step process.  Each of these is REQUIRED before taking the field-

1) Register with DiscNW for the 2026 Winter High School Mixed Team League at https://www.discnw.org/en_us/e/2026-winter-hs-mixed-team-league

You will have two choices for Ingraham Mixed Ultimate.  Players on the Varsity Mixed team last year should sign up for Varsity.  All others should sign up for JV, regardless of where they played for the Bx and Gx seasons. We will adjust the rosters after tryouts.

Mixed Ultimate is a cut sport; if you do not make a team you can get a full refund from Disc NW.

Lakeside and Shoreline players: We have a different registration process for you to use with DiscNW, so please hold off on this first step for now.  You will hear from us very soon on your DiscNW registration specifics.

Rams Ultimate is no longer using Final Forms, and players do not need to submit a medical eligibility form.
